Thema Who?

Hello, My name is Thema, and I’m a consumer. Now you say: “Hi, Thema!”

I’m not what one would consider an “oldbie” since I joined Second Life on Nov 13, 2006 during a population boom. Even so, I feel as if I’ve been around the block so many times that I’ve worn a rut into the sidewalk.

After all that time, a few specific niche activities have kept me logging in:

Shopping
Photography
Making friends
Exploring

These hobbies motivated me to start this blog in 2008 and then keep posting after I’d nearly left SL out of burnout and boredom. I love having fun goofing around, shopping (duh!), and seeing the beautiful and fascinating locations people have created out of their imaginations! I also met my real life partner inSL, so it holds a very special place in my heart [cue the mushy music].

Thema Felix is an ever-evolving and morphing avatar–sort of like a paper doll to play with and change all I want. My inventory is filled with everything from antlers and thigh-high boots to skyboxes and sundresses. I mix and match what inspires me, and what comes out is pure “Thema” every time.
